All You Need to Know About Vehicle Shipping

What is "terminal to terminal"?
Roca's main type of service. This means you drop off your vehicle at the trucking terminal closest to you. Then we ship it to the terminal nearest to its destination, where the receiver is responsible for picking it up.
What is "door to door"?
It means the driver will pick-up and deliver the car to its destination. The car needs a license plate, registration, winter/all season tires (during winter season), 1/2 tank of gasoline and insurance.
Do I need to pay 100% in advance?
No. We only require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due one day before your vehicle arrives at its destination.
Is my vehicle insured during transport?
Yes. Your vehicle is fully insured while it is in our care and on our transport truck. Our cargo insurance covers damages directly related to the transportation process.
Car hauling available in the US?
Roca Car Hauling currently operates in Canada only.
Can I place personal belongings inside my vehicle?
Yes. Roca Car Hauling provides customers with up to 250 lbs of complimentary personal items inside the vehicle during transport.
Will someone drive my vehicle?
Our driver will move the car ONLY to get it on and off the transport truck. This is the standard procedure for pickup and delivery.
